Uses a special sheet that shields heat rays from the sun, and has a heat shielding structure (cocagel) to suppress the rise of temperature inside the cap. In experiments that reproduce direct sunlight in the midsummer, the interior temperature is reduced by about 8 degrees Celsius compared to hats that do not have heat shielding sheets (based on our experiments). It also blocks over 98% of UV rays (UPF 50+) to prevent sunburn. Ventilation is placed on the top and both sides to prevent stuffiness inside the hat and effectively prevent the head from overheating. The brim folds in the center so it can be folded compactly for convenient storage. The head area is made with sweat tape that has been antibacterial and deodorizing (SEK certified).
